Virtual Access Pad and other Teleporte updates

We are excited to announce our latest updates to Teleporte, our keyless access service, with updates to both cloud and server.

Teleporte Mobile App gets Virtual Access Pad

Virtual Access Pad interface
A hasp can make it impractical to see the light or press the button

With the release of the new Teleporte Mobile App 6.4, we are introducing Virtual Access Pad (VAP). VAP makes it a lot easier to enter Failsafe Unlock codes to enter sites without a digital key. This method is much easier on the user than our traditional method with a button.

Sometimes the button on Sera4 access points is not visible or accessible. This site has a hasp design that makes Failsafe Unlock impractical.

To maintain security, VAP has the same cooldown periods between successive attempts as the traditional button method.

Teleporte Cloud gets upgraded Locks and Sites pages

Teleporte Cloud server 3.17 is now launched and running for all customers. We are now defaulting onto the new User Interface. The old one will be available as an option for a few months longer while everyone fully migrates. A part of this new Interface is an overhauled Lock page, as below. All information on a specific lock is now consolidated in one place.

We have also upgraded the way Sites are managed. They’re easier to create, find and manage. The Site page now consolidates a view of all locks on a site, as well as the keys which are currently issued to that site. It’s a very intuitive way to manage and monitor your network.

Sites can now be reviewed and selected in card format.

We’re delighted to show off our new features. These are designed based on real customer feedback to make the experience better. Contact us for a demo to see for yourself.
