Teleporte Cloud 3.26
We have updated our Teleporte Cloud and Admin Dashboard today for all customers to version 3.26. This version introduces a new feature called Lock Deactivation that’s available for Teleporte Keyless and Teleporte Enterprise clients, as well as improvements on how Work Sessions are represented.
Lock Deactivation
Our clients often operate in rough environments. Sometimes locks are vandalized. When a padlock is no longer fit for service, Lock Deactivation provides a way to get it out of the pool of active access points within Teleporte, but keep its information in the system for audit purposes.

The Lock Deactivation process is reversible. Locks which are deactivated can easily be reactivated. You can also still see the history on locks that are deactivated – they just appear greyed out in the interface and they can’t be used without reactivation.

Lock Deactivation works well together with Lock Replacement. Lock Replacement will clone lock configuration and transfer a license seamlessly to new hardware, making it very easy to replace any damaged locks on your network. Hardware that has been replaced can then either be deactivated (thereby saving the access history) or can be kept active and sent for service – such as a new battery.
New interface for Work Sessions
We have upgraded our user interface for representing Work Sessions data. This new interface provides a clearer view of site visit and access history, enabling Administrators to easily identify outliers in their operational records.

Teleporte Cloud 3.26 is available to all customers globally as of today, included in their subscription.
As always, feel free to connect with us to learn more about the new features or how Teleporte can help your operations be more secure and more efficent.
