One platform, limitless capabilities
Get more out of your access management system
Failsafe Unlock
Failsafe Unlock provides a secure method to open Sera4 padlocks during service interruptions, without the need for a mobile device.
- Administrators can generate 4-digit access codes to enable field users to open locks without a Teleporte digital key.
- Access codes change every 4 hours to maintain the security of the system.
- Administrators can generate multiple access codes to schedule accesses in advance.
- During a disaster recovery scenario, field engineers can access Sera4 locks by entering the access code in the mobile application.

Device Restriction
Optional Device Restriction restricts users to one mobile device to prevent fraud.
- Mobile devices are automatically registered upon a user’s first login to the mobile application, reducing the overhead in device registration.
- Administrators can enable users to register a new mobile device, or even multiple devices for a single account.
- Automated notifications from Teleporte Cloud report when a user has attempted to sign in from an unauthorized mobile device.
Photos and Notes
Photos and Notes allows Teleporte customers to require that users provide photo evidence of a locked access point before leaving the site.
- Photos and notes are taken within the Teleporte mobile app and uploaded to the cloud for easy administrator access.
- Each photo and note is linked to a user and an access point, with a digital signature to certify capture date, time, and location.
- Photos and notes captured while a user is out of coverage are uploaded to Teleporte Cloud when the mobile device reconnects to a data network.

Lock Groups and Sites
Site Assurance provides detailed, consolidated reports of all data generated during a site visit, including site visitors who didn’t open locks. Teleporte Cloud also provides notification of any process deviance on the dashboard and via email.
- Site Assurance reliably verifies time, date, location, mobile device, and user during a site visit, from check-in to check-out.
- Detailed event reports helps organizations understand what is taking place at various sites within their operations.
Site Assurance - Workflows
Require users to check-in upon arrival, and check-out before leaving, to enforce process controls and oversight during site visits.
- Teleporte Mobile prompts users to check on site arrival, before opening any lock. Users who don’t open locks can also check in to log their presence onsite.
- Administrators can set a maximum period for a site visit, and users must close all locks and check out before the site visit period ends.
- Teleporte Mobile tracks and reports all locks that have been opened during a site visit.
- Users receive warnings if they try to check out before all locks are closed.

Site Assurance - Alerts and Logs
Site Assurance delivers detailed reports to consolidate the data generated during a site visit, even if the user did not open a lock. Teleporte Cloud also generates notifications of any process deviance via Dashboard and emails.
- When enabled, Connected Latch reminds user to use the mobile application to close the locks, and prevents the lock from being closed without authorization from the Teleporte app.
- Teleporte Mobile provides users with step-by-step instructions for securing a site, while also registering the lock status.
- Users are notified when the lock status has been successfully synchronized with Teleporte Cloud.
- Close events while the mobile device is outside of data coverage are stored in the smartphone and uploaded to the close once data connectivity is restored.
- Teleporte Embedded offers a fallback method to secure the lock without a smartphone in case of mobile device failure
Job Tracking
Use Teleporte access points as check points to monitor jobs and validate that they are being completed when users visit sites.
- On check-in, users can select from a list of jobs to indicate the work that is planned for the visit. Job lists can be retrieved either from the Teleporte digital key metadata or in real-time from a third-party application via Teleporte APIs.
- During check-out, Teleporte users must confirm which jobs were completed.
- Automatically handle operational exceptions and support offline mode with smart workflows.

Connected Latch
Require users to use the Teleporte Mobile application to close locks. Requiring this deliberate action ensures the accuracy of records, and provides real-time information on which locks are securely closed.
Photos and Notes
Enable users to log notes and capture photographic evidence from the field using the Teleporte Mobile app, for use by administrators in audits and to ensure transparency and accountability.
Site Assurance
Require users to check in on arrival to a site and check out before leaving, to enforce process controls, and ensure users secure access points before leaving. Administrators are notified of any process non-compliance.
Failsafe Unlock
Unlock locks by executing a sequence of button presses, entering the code directly in the Teleporte Mobile app. FSU provides redundancy in case of service interruption, lack of data coverage, or no access to a mobile device.
Lock Groups and Sites
Group access points using custom criteria to grant access to locks on a per-group basis, rather than on a per-lock basis, allowing the efficient management of hundreds and thousands of access points.
Access/Configuration Manager
Customize permissions and access privileges for key management and access point configuration in the Administrator Web Interface for different types of users.
Lock Mapping
Easily visualize your sites and access points on a map, and view dynamic lists of which sites/locks are unsecured/open, which locks may need service, geolocation of access requests, and other data.
